pivu.io is run by Siddharth Sanjiv Verma, a sole proprietorship carrying on business in India under the name Pivu.

Payments and refunds

Pivu Pro is the only payment Pivu takes. In India it is processed by Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Outside India it is sold in US dollars by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for those orders. Pivu holds no money for anyone else.

For a payment, a refund or a charge you do not recognise, email us with the email address on your account. How refunds work is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
