Pivu sells software only: the Pivu Pro subscription. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

How each service is delivered

Pivu Pro starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute: autofill in the Pivu browser extension and Job Radar in the app. Extra fills are added the moment they are paid for.
Your account is ready as soon as you sign up at pivu.io.
An interview booked on pivu takes place online, by video call, at the agreed time. The link is shown in the app and emailed to everyone taking part. Booking one is free.

If Pivu Pro does not start after your payment, write to us and we refund it in full. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
